Siesta Suites - Kelowna

Had a right boss stay, la! The room was proper clean, and the pools were a treat after long days out. Only downside was the noise from above a bit during peak times. Still, would definitely pop back again!

The service was good and the location was excellent and comfortable. Also, it was 2 miles from Okanagan Mission. Booked a room with beautiful views over the town of Kelowna...

This was a team trip and was ideal for the family. The kids enjoyed both pools and the outdoor grills allowed us to do some team bonding over the bbq. Overall a great stay and this is my 5th stay with various sports teams plus families...I am somewhat biased.

The beds were adequate. I thought they could be bigger for a deluxe suite.

Our stay there was really good. Extra care from the efficient and attentive staff. Besides, we parked onsite. Plus, it was near to nice parks, several restaurants/ pubs and Gyro beach, lots of restaurants and shopping.

fantastic location, walking distance to the lake, lots of shops, restaurants and groceries across the street or down the block and fantastic cenery and guest services. The pools, Jacussy and Sauna were defenitly a great relaxation time. Thanks you to the staff at the front desk and the maid service. I would highly recomend this place.

This was our second stay and we loved the updated room with a kitchenette. It's so close to shops and restaurants that we hardly needed to drive anywhere.

It was located close to all amendities and services. Also very close to the beach and parks. Great location, we would stay there again.

The rooms being so clean.

We were on the ground floor and could clearly hear people walking in the unit above.

The indoor pool was great for family enjoyment.

The cleanliness of our room was severely lacking. The floors left our feet dirty, and the kitchen was inadequately equipped. The front desk staff were not cute at all.

A cozy stay near everything

The location was perfect, right by a mall with all essential shops, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pools were an excellent space to unwind.

The noise from upstairs occasionally disrupted my sleep, particularly during peak hours. It would have been better with better soundproofing in the older sections.

firstly, the staff were extremely rude and treated me as if i was a nuisance, and when i asked a simple question during a quiet pause, i was told, i don't have time to answer that! secondly, there were groups of people sitting out talking and laughing late, which was disturbing, particularly as i was with small children. i was offended by the number of anti-smoking placards everywhere, and the 1000$ fine if caught smoking on premises. I appreciate that most hotels are non-smoking now and accept this, but to be constantly reminded of this i thought was a little excessive. Also, the big sign saying that a charge would be made if any dishes were left dirty in the hotel. For 140$/night a charge to wash a coffee cup is just greedy. The room was very cold, the heating was not working, and when i asked for some extra blankets the woman was very rude.

The burgers at nearby Hansen's Classic Pizza were flipping fantastic, and I loved the outdoor picnic area for some sunny bites. The room was super clean and the staff were great!
